I know it is easy to forget, but today is Earth Day! Let's all try to take a moment to think of a few small things we can to contribute to the well-being of our fragile ecosystem. It doesn't take much, but we can all pitch in and together, it will make a huge difference.

Here are some simple suggestions to help the planet:
- Stop using plastic bags. Always keep a reusable tote inside your purse and car trunk. Use tupperware or beeswax reusable sandwich bags instead of throw away ziplock bags.
- Commit to picking up litter every time you visit a park or beach. Bring a small sack and clean up any rubbish you happen to pass. It can be a fun family activity to teach your children to be responsible!
- Buy paper goods made out of recycled material. It is important to use post-consumer recyclables. Even better, try to use cloth whenever possible.
