New Year's Resolution Tips for Productivity

Happy New Year's Day 2018 everyone! I hope that you all see the amazing opportunity to manifest your dreams in the new year. I hope that we all are able to get one step closer to our goals with every passing day.

Productivity Tip: Use a Daily Planner to Stay Focused

Last month, I started using one of those productivity planners. My husband made some crazy fun of me, but I have to say- it was the best decision ever! Even better than a to-do list, an organized planner really helps to prioritize things. There are different categories: tasks, fitness, projects, relationships, and more. The journal portion of the planner helps me keep track of the things I am looking forward to, things I am grateful for, personal affirmations, and personal development. It really is an amazing tool to keep you focused on your goals and dreams.

Where do you want to see yourself at the end of 2018? Think BIG, dream BIG. This is the time to make your dreams larger than life. Every day, make steps towards those goals. You will be there in no time! Sure, you can meditate on manifesting those dreams and make those little collages using pictures from magazines...  but if you REALLY want to make it happen, then you have to make it happen through hard work and dedication. Don't just think it, DO IT.

So what are YOUR dreams and goals for 2018? Let me know in the comments and I will respond with some of mine =)

In the meantime, don't forget to take care of your body too! Eat healthy, stay active, and receive massage and bodywork. I recommend that you book a standing massage appointment. Some people receive a massage once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month. There is no right or wrong way to do it. It all depends on what makes YOU happy. Call our Waialua massage clinic to schedule your standing massage appointment now. Spaces are booking up fast. Your massage will be convenient to Haleiwa and the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Get a quality massage just outside of Haleiwa, HI.

Best wishes in 2018. I look forward to working with you soon.
