Progressive relaxation
It is so important to take a little time throughout the day to relax and focus on breathing. This is especially true during stressful situations. If you find meditation difficult, you can focus on progressive relaxation instead. Start at your toes, bringing awareness to each part of your body, and work up to the top of your head. If you suffer from high blood pressure, it may be beneficial to work from your head to your toes instead.
After doing this, you will feel refreshed. You may even have a better outlook, greater access to creative potential, and enhanced interpersonal skills. All you have to do is take the time to make this routine a daily ritual.
