• Kaiser Permanente: massage therapy coverage is available
• Providence Health Plan: massage therapy coverage is available
• Many other health insurance plans including the Choose Healthy Affinity Program for massage therapy

Please call your insurance company to verify that they cover massage therapy. Ask if you need a doctor's diagnosis and prescription as well.
