I am overdue to update my blog and just wanted to make a brief announcement. We now have a new massage therapist in the Ka'ala Healing Arts Center! Her name is Mona Ballard, and she is trained in an amazing unique style of Thai Massage. I highly recommend everyone to try her services out.

| Now open for massage therapy seven days a week near Haleiwa in Waialua |
We are now open seven days a week by appointment only. Mona works on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday. Sonia works on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and occasionally on Sunday. Sonia also does housecalls on Monday and select other days with advance appointment. Sonia's first appointment is at 8:30 a.m. and she tries to leave the office around 4:30 p.m. Please book your appointment on-line or call for additional availability. If you are using your health insurance, you must call to verify your information. Only Sonia accepts insurance at this time.
